How Spacesaver Began
The concept of High-Density Mobile Shelving was introduced to the USA in 1972 by a small team in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin to help companies save space. Since then, our in-house teams have developed and manufactured a variety of innovative storage products designed to help clients better manage their time, space, and security.
What Spacesaver Does
We design and manufacture fully integrated storage solutions for libraries, museums, cannabis grows, warehouses, police departments, the military, and more. We’ve installed more than 400,000 projects in the United States, Canada, and around the world. That’s nearly a half million problems we’ve solved!

Today, team members at Spacesaver’s 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility make products that save time, save space, and promote security for clients all over the world. We employ nearly 400 full-time team members in our manufacturing and administrative divisions, and the expertise and hard work of our people is evident in the products that we design, build and ship every day.
